Lately I wrote a lot about joint complaints and that's for a reason. Quite a number of my friends suffer from this and I would like to recommend not only them, but everybody who reads my blogs that yoga is a very good way to prevent this. Besides this long term effect it is also very relaxing on the short term, as I experienced myself. And another bonus is that it keeps you fit, because although the exercises maybe seem a bit laid back, they are quite intense if you do them well and the first few times I really felt my muscles the day after the session. Go try it yourself!
